• A charge for tea / coffee at £1.00 per person, per serving will be included into each room booking.


• There is no charge for any additional equipment booked for use within the building.
  
  
• Where technical support is required in addition to use of rooms and facilities, it will be charged for at a rate of £25 per half hour.
  
  
• Where an organisation wishes to have exclusive use of the whole building, a discount will be allowed on the
  total cost of booking all rooms. When such a booking is made, exclusive use of the grounds and car parking
  is also guaranteed. Please contact the CLC to discuss charges.
